The housing here
Stamford is built almost entirely in local limestone, and its Georgian and earlier core is exceptionally well preserved. The town has a very large conservation area and several hundred listed buildings, with modern development confined largely to the fringes.

Usually a combi already, usually a short flue, and usually the simplest job on our list. The thing to watch is whether the flue terminates over a walkway or communal area, which is one of the questions we ask before pricing rather than after.
